Has a built-in striped pinafore style dress with ruffles going up and down the shoulders. Red ric-rac ribbon trim. Has collar with red buttons going down. Front pockets. Full skirt. Ties in the back and buttons in back of collar. Super cute!! There is a few light blue dots in the front on the skirt and there's a hole forming at the base of the back keyhole. See photos.
