Your code must be an exact match to the code you choose from the code list including all letters and numbers. Places to look for your key code: 1. Stamped on your original key. 2. Stamped on the face of the lock beside the key hole. 3. On a sticker or stamped on the lock housing. Removal of the lock may be necessary to find the code. Guaranteed to be accurately cut to the code you choose. After I cut a key, I measure the depths and spacing of the cuts with a micrometer to ensure the key is cut perfectly to factory spec. I do this to every key I cut before I send them to my customers. Key you receive will be cut on an aftermarket blank, not an OEM blank. The key you receive may be a different brand or have a different shaped head than the one in the listing picture, depends what my supplier had in stock when I made my last purchase. Shipping:If you opt for the FREE shipping option, your order will ship using the eBay Standard Envelope which is just like USPS First Class Mail (snail mail). It's NOT trackable though USPS. Only on eBay. I've seen them take 2 weeks or more in the past. They occasionally miss being scanned and not show anything on the tracking. It may be scanned as "delivered" before it's actually delivered to you. If you're not comfortable with the above possibilities, please choose the USPS Ground Advantage shipping option at checkout, it has door to door USPS full Tracking, much faster and more reliable. I offer the FREE shipping option to save my customers money but occasionally problems arise with this service. Returns: I can't do a return or refund if you make a mistake and order the wrong key code or order a key for a different brand other than the brand stated in the listing title. Once a key has been cut, it's of no use to me. I'm not responsible for your ordering mistake.
