If a replacement is not available, a full refund for the cost of the part, only, will be issued. Shipping and handling are not refundable. We shall issue a replacement for the defective part at no extra cost to the customer, limited to the original 180-day warranty period. However, the buyer is required to send back the defective part at his/her own expense.
