Item is in good condition with possible minor wear and comes with sword. This figures legs on this design usually has problems with the legs /waist joints getting real loose and popping off or sometimes not staying on at all. this is from hasbros bad design but can be made worse from excessive play or use. but its an easy fix with hardener. still regardless, this would not be good for a kid who is going to move the joints a lot to play- this is better only for a adult collector who wants to display. if u want a scorn for your child check out TLK scorn which is highly more durable.
