Description: Hallmark Lionel 700E Hudson Steam Locomotive Christmas Ornament made of Die-Cast Metal in 1996. This is the first in the Lionel Train Series. The first die-cast engine of its kind, the original Lionel train was manufactured in O-guage in 1937. It was the favorite of company founder Joshua Lionel Cowen. The number 5344 was given to the real-life Hudson by its builder, the New York Central Railroad. Excellent condition. There is a small tear in the corner of the box.
