Description: Traditional Greek Dolls Papou & Yiayia 12" tall - Hand Painted Vintage oldDolls are just under 12" tall. This is a grandfather (Papou) and grandmother (yiayia) couple. The Papou has his mangoura (cane). Yiayia has wool that she is spinning. The materials for these dolls, as far as I can tell, is some thick wire, some plastic, wool for the clothing, and I think the faces are plaster. It's a hard material but not plastic.
