Description: Offered here is a vintage classic Children's Nickel Magazine: "Top Top Weekly No. 481", "Frank Merriwell's Great Day Or, The Crowning Triumph Of His Career", July 1, 1905, approx. 10 7/8" X 8 3/8", Published by Street & Smith, New York. Issued weekly. In Over-all excellent condition, the spine has a 1" split under each staple, light internal oxidation - VERY THIN paper. Came from the original family - purchased from a gentlemen whose great grandfather owned these originally. MANY of these early one have issues with the left side corners. I really believed they were clipped back in the day - maybe remainder stock?? Strange that the same exact corners on each one seem clipped.
