Description: These Toonsylvania playsets feature Dr. Vic, Phil, and Igor. Manufactured in 1998 by Toy Island, this vintage set is a must-have for fans of the TV show. The playsets are battery-powered, but batteries are not included. Dr. Vic's Electron Chair playset has an unopened box. It includes an exclusive Dr. Phil action figure. Dr. Vic yells, his brain glows, and the chair vibrates. Phil's Foren-Sick Fun Time Gizmo playset has an opened box, but it appears that all parts and the assembly instructions are there. See picture. It jncludes the Phil and Igor figures and an unopened bag of accessories. Hear Phil and see the machine glow and vibrate. This also includes the Brain Booster Dr. Vic action figure with Cranium Colander spring-loaded mad scientist head. I have many pictures showing the condition of all packaging, so there are no surprises for collectors. I am the original owner and have had these in storage since I purchased them from the store.
