He tends to postpone certain obligations such as household chores and visits to relatives, for when he gets around to it. As we all know, it can sometimes take forever before we get a “round tuit.” Consequently, there are some things that just never get done! Recently Scruggs decided that enough was enough, and he was going to change his dilly dallying ways.
