Description: Tom Anderson-* Grand Am “90” * Ultra Rare Premium Gold Model with Kahler Bridge I am selling this fine guitar I have had for many years. It is now 33 years old and sounds fantastic!! This is a Rare Find in Excellent Condition in most every regard. There is a small chip in the tip of the headstock, I don’t see or feel any others. The Tobacco Burst Finish doesn’t photograph well. It is so nice it makes reflections. Make no mistake the body is flawless otherwise. The gold plating on the knobs is understandably worn with normal patina; the tuning knobs are perfect. The multiple pickups and switches allow you to voice the guitar in Strat, Tele and Les Paul emulation. There is a simple Tremelo Arm. The *Grand Am* model was very expensive for most (especial with Gold Features). The Rock hard Maple body makes it sound really fat while it also rings like a bell. The bridge on an electric guitar is one of the most identifiable parts on an instrument. Some might say that’s where the eyes go after they’ve just glanced at the more aesthetic elements of the guitar. People can be kind of picky with what electric guitar bridge they get because it can have a significant impact on a guitar player’s overall experience. For example, some guitarists refuse to use locking tremolos because they think that they bring a lot of baggage with them and are a hassle to deal with, and instead, they opt for something with lower maintenance. Some will exclusively use Floyd Roses and similar systems because they have a reputation for being strong, sturdy, and reliable for performing whammy tricks at while It also rings like a bell. It has a top line gold plated Kahler Steeler Bridge made under Floyd Rose Patents.
