KING GEORGE VI AND QUEEN ELIZABETH in 1937. On one side is the King's Royal Arms with his "G R I" cypher and 1937. On the other side is the King's "G R I" cypher, 1937, and a display of national flags. The coronation date of "MAY 12 1937" is shown. Around the upper rim, their names, "KING GEORGE VI AND QUEEN ELIZABETH" are presented. The Paragon trademark lion handle is painted in a light shade of brown. The gilding around the upper edge is in very good condition. The underside is back-stamped with the Paragon logo and manufacturing information. The commemoration, "TO COMMEMORATE THE CORONATION OF THEIR MAJESTIES KING GEORGE VI & QUEEN ELIZABETH CROWNED WESTMINSTER ABBEY MAY 12 1937". This piece is in EXCELLENT CONDITION.
