TINO MARTINEZ played 15+ seasons of Major League Baseball with the Seattle Mariners (1990-95), New York Yankees (1996-2001), St Louis Cardinals ('02-'03) and 2004 with the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. Tino was a two time All-Star, a four time World Champion, a '97 Silver Slugger winner and played for Team USA in the 1988 Summer Olympics. Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Martinez was a first round pick by the Mariners in 1988. Overall, Tino hit .271 with 339 homers and 1271 RBI in his career. He was a coach for the 2013 Marlins, is a Yankee Monument Park Honoree, a member of the National College Baseball Hall of Fame and was a fan favorite in Seattle and New York. Tino did some broadcasting after his playing days as well. This lot of cards was created from cards given to me as part of a huge collection of over 160,000 Baseball cards.
