Front cover says Mono and "Electronically Re-Recorded to Simulate Stereo". Back cover and labels say Stereo. Yellow ATCO Labels with 1941 Broadway address so likely a reissue from sometime 1968-1974. Matrix / Runout (Side A: Etched): ST-C-681427-A AT W Matrix / Runout (Side B: Etched): ST-C-681428-A AT W Labels are in good condition, no writing or other markings. No warp, no skips. No visible scratches on record, mostly just very minor scuffing. This record could use a good cleaning and would likely grade better with that. Cover has residual tape, sticker worn edges - see photos. Old plain white die-cut paper sleeve, I'll include a new one as well. You are bidding/purchasing on the item in the auction title.
