Description: So I still wrote everything about this vacuum just incase you are interested in fixing it. The Vacuum does turn on, the charger works and it will charge. Once it starts, it will move off the charger a little bit and all it does is spin in a circle. I am not tech savvy at all. While I was wiping it down some and cleaning out some of the dirt (because it was used), I noticed that the right wheel was not rolling like the left wheel. I tried to see if there was something caught, but couldn't feel anything or press it out. I wouldn't ever even attempted to take it apart. I would be too afraid that I couldn't put it back together. I'm only guessing that it's the wheel, I'm not 100% about anything, this was just an observation. If you think you can fix it, you are more then welcome to it, if you are just looking for parts, that's fine too. But I am selling as is. All I did was wipe it down some and empty out the box part. I didn't deep clean it or anything so is a little dusty. Everything you see in the pictures is what I am mailing in the box and what you will receive. I never used the mop function and the extra vent/ spinners are absolutely new. Never used. Only used for vacuuming all the time because I have dogs and they shed a lot. Also has a scratch on the top, Don't forget to check out all of the pictures to make sure everything is up to your standards before purchasing.
