Description: The Tianli Pantograph Router Joiner makes mortise and tenon joineries of the following sizes with the provided aluminum templates:8x22mm 10x22mm10x30mm12x40mm15x40mm15x50mm15x60mm20x40mm20x50mm20x60mm Template, made of anodized aluminum, has laser engraved bearing size (Z) and bits size(D) combination to make the stated size of mortise and tenon. Multiple templates are provided for the smallest 3 sizes. A mini template holder also comes with the kit to make double and triple mortises and tenons. Box joint temples and dovetail joint template are included. The package also comes with a square fence with hold-down, two 1/2" shank spiral upcut bits (8mm&12mm) and a dovetail bit, two bearing followers (12mm&16mm) and a centering pin. Includes 2 racheting track clamps. The table does not tilt and templates are non-tapered designed to make plop joints. The template holder is controlled by a handwheel and can be locked by tightening the template locking knob. The template holder can be adjusted on the Z axis during operation so it is versatile with only a straight edge guide to make any size mortise. Models will fit: Skil 10 amps (recommended), Dewalt 618, Porter Cable 890 (one pin grind down to get in the O clamps), Mastercrafts (gear rack removed)Models won't fit: Porter Cable 690, Bosch 1617, Ridgid and other non 3.5" diameter routers Router shown in photo Not included. Assembly tools such as allen keys and screwdriver are not included. A few templates coincide with festool domino tenon stocks. So there is a loose tenon alternative by only using its mortising function. The only conversion calculation needed for an imperial woodworker is determining the mortise/tenon size in metric unit.
