These are quality vinyl and made to be outdoors. One side of one of the banner/signs has some spots where the blue came off or did not print correctly. The other side and both of the other banners are nice with very minor spots. These are slotted so you can put them over a cardboard yard sign blank. You are getting the exact 3 items pictured. Please look closely at the picture/pictures for your own opinion. Any damage not pictured will be described. Buyer agrees to pay stated shipping charge, $5.50 for first class shipping with tracking.
