The character wears sea shell glasses and is covered in sea creatures and barnacles overall. This mug was designed by Shelby Allison and The Pizz, 2013. It is retired and sold out. It's about 6-1/4" tall x 3-1/4" x 3-1/2" at largest dimensions. In good condition with no obvious chips or cracks. Paint over to a small chip in the glaze along the bottom rim. .
