Description: Hi! PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY AND IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE YOU PURCHASE! (It will take you less than three minutes.) If you missed investing in Fleer 1986-87 Fleer Basketball boxes or were too young when they came out, here's another opportunity to consider. In 2006, Fleer came out with a product honoring the 20th anniversary of their iconic 1986-87 Fleer basketball product that, among other things, contained the rookie card of Michael Jordan. I remember many years ago a dealer telling me that he thought the price of 1986-87 boxes was ridiculously high when it hit $3,000 per box and advised me not to buy any. Fortunately, I did not listen to him. ( As the late great screenwriter William Goldman once said, "Nobody knows anything." The fact is, there are no "experts" in anything. And nobody can predict the future value of anything. Not even me.) Do I think the price of these 2006-07 36 pack hobby boxes will ever approach the prices of the 1986-87 Fleer basketball boxes? Of course not! But I believe this will turn out to be a great investment, too. That is why I have purchased over the years a number of these boxes. Except for these three, the rest of my boxes of 2006-07 Fleer Basketball will be inherited by my four children. THIS IS THE ONLY THREE BOX LOT OF THIS I WILL SELL IN MY LIFETIME. In fact, this is the only multi-box lot on eBay or any other site. Why? Believe it or not, the print run on this by Fleer in 2006 was very low. Much of what they produced went to Wal-Mart in the form of 13 pack boxes. Even those sealed mini-boxes go for around $2,000-$3,000 each. The boxes I am selling have 36 packs EACH--more than twice the number of packs. In addition, the 36 pack hobby boxes have inserts that are not in the smaller retail boxes. In June 2022, a Michael Jordan autographed rookie buyback insert card sold at Christie's auction house for more than $1,000,000! Incredible. What is even more incredible than the price was the fact that the one million dollar signed Michael Jordan card did not have a perfect grade of 10! The Beckett grade of the card was only an 8.5! What do you think a 10 grade would have gone for? I say at least $3 to $5 million. Anyway, I digress. In addition to a signed 1986-87 Fleer Jordan rookie that is possible, there are ELEVEN DIFFERENT INSERT SETS in these boxes. There is even another chance to get a different signed Jordan in the six-card Michael Jordan autographics set! Plus two other Jordan insert sets--Michael Jordan Missing Links and Michael Jordan Platinum Influences. And even a valuable Jordan promo card. Plus a special Michael Jordan Greatest Moments 10-card insert set and much, much more. Other autograph cards possible include Larry Bird, Lebron James, Carmelo Anthony and Hakeem Olajuwon. Of course, there is the "regular" set of 250 cards. If I said this product was loaded, it would be a huge understatement. THIS IS THE ONLY BASKETBALL PRODUCT I HAVE SERIOUSLY INVESTED IN DURING THE LAST 25 YEARS. I am confident my children will be happy with this investment. And I am confident you will be happy with these boxes in the future--ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEVER OPEN THEM. Of course, if you are ever feeling lucky, you can open packs and see if you pull a signed Jordan. For the most part, I am an investor who sells a portion of the products I invest in to reduce my costs--AND TO EARN A LIVING. Because this is how I have tried to earn a living for the past 28 years, including the last 24 years on eBay, I have to sell my items in a timely manner. That means my prices have to be fair. The price for this super rare three box lot of this super rare 20th Anniversary Fleer Hobby basketball product is $14,600. Not a penny more, not a penny less. So please do not ask for a discount. I do not offer discounts on any of my Buy It Now items. It's $14,600 if you want the three factory sealed boxes. If you don't want them, you would be overpaying by $14,600. A word to the wise: the rule of the investing world is not buy low, sell high! IT IS--BUY HIGH, SELL HIGHER. I could cite you hundreds of examples of this, but it would bore me as much as it would bore you. The rules: 1) No discount. 2) Please add $480 for insured shipping and signature required services if you live in the continental U.S. 3) Carefully packaged, double boxed, and sent by registered mail. 4) All three boxes are factory sealed and in beautiful condition. Thirty six packs per box for a total of 108 packs! 5) If you have a question, please ask. 6) I am proud of my feedback on eBay, encompassing more than 7,700 separate transactions over the past 24 years. 7) I also ship worldwide through eBay's International Shipping Program. Ebay charges a fee to you (and me!) for this service so check eBay for details. 8) The most important rule of all--DON'T FORGET RULE NUMBER 1. 9) Thanks for reading this far. Jerry P.S. A smart investor is sometimes wrong but is never afraid. P.P.S. There are 36 packs per box and 10 cards per pack, so the total number of cards in the three boxes is 1,080.
