Return policy details: 8. Cancellations and returns of delivered items 8.1 You have a legal right to cancel your order. This includes, but it is not limited to specifically customised lengths, any bases, wigs, density of any hair piece/unit and any chemical treatment of our products (colouring, bleaching, perming etc.) 8.10 You must pay for the cost of return postage. Please ensure that you use traceable postage service and additional insurance as you are responsible for returning the item back to us in the condition that we have sent it to you. 9.
