These Old Walls-History of St Philip Cathedral Atlanta-Perry-#212/500-Signed

Description: Offered is the vintage book "These Old Walls-A History of the Episcopal Cathedral of St. Philip-Atlanta, Georgia 1947-1997", written by Richard P. Perry and printed in 1996 in Atlanta by Eagle-Empire Printing. This is a limited edition of 500, with this being hand-numbered copy #212, and has been signed by the author (see photo #2). There are numerous black and white photos. This is a rare, possibly unique find; at the time of original listing I could not find any other copies for sale on eBay or anywhere else. The book is approx. 8 3/4" x 5 3/4" and contains 283 pages. It is in very good to excellent condition. The purple hard cover has almost no wear, although there are a few small spots. The gold words on the spine and gold picture on the front are still shiny. There is no cracking inside either the front or back cover. The white endpapers are clean; the "212/500" and author's signature are on the first blank page. I see no missing or torn pages and all of the pages are well-attached to the binding, clean and clear. There is one small area of soiling on the page edges, seen when the book is closed (see last photo). I see no writing in the book except for the author's. I have a lot of experience with vintage and antique books but am not an expert so please let me know if my description is missing information and you have additional questions.
