There are signs of age or wear through cover/spine fading, light soil/stain or fade spot on spine/scuff marks, spine/cover edge/corner rub, slight corner push, spine upper/lower edge rub/push, page edge rub or scuffs, page edge light soil/rub soil, and yellowing of pages. Page 36 wasn't correctly cut from page 37 at the publisher....when pulled apart, a portion of page 37 stayed with page 36 leaving a chip on the bottom of page 37. The front upper outer corner is rubbed enough to show slight board. Some light age spotting/staining a few pages. Hinges are not visible. All pages are intact.
