I would have rated it as very good if not for the previous owner name on the front end page. The dust jacket is in fair condition. The book shows signs of age or wear through slight cover/spine edge fading, spine/cover edge/corner rub, slight or no corner push, spine upper/lower edge rub/push, page edge rub, page edge light soil, a few edge nicks, and yellowing of pages. There is a small scratch on the lower page edges that when opened to the pages appears as a tiny edge tear. Hinges are not visible. All pages are intact. The dust jacket shows signs of age/wear through cover/spine edge/corner rubbing/scratches/chaffing/tears/chips/splits/light edge creasing, light soiling/rub soil, yellowing, and slight fading/rub fade. Most of the wear is on the spine upper and lower edges, spine corners, and outer corners through tears, chipping, and splitting.
