Description: THE WICKER MAN t-shirt of sorts. You will recall that in the (let us pretend) "documentary" film starring Christopher Lee and Edward Woodward, the pagan community on Summerisle had an annual Spring Equinox (May Day) festival, and there was an annual photograph, a bake sale, games for the kiddies, etc.. Surely there was an annual t-shirt too. Here's one from a very memorable year. This one shows the John Barleycorn emblem and reads SUMMERISLE, MAY DAY FESTIVAL, 1973 -- 1973 being the year of the ACTION, the date flashed on the screen at the beginning of the movie, not the year of release. This is a NEW t-shirt, which has never been worn. SIZE XXL. The label says "Guildan Activewear, Ultracotton, Heavyweight." It is very well done, a great gag item. Seriously cool. If you're traveling around the British Isles, it is great fun having yourself photographed wearing one of these at Stonehenge or (if you can find them) the various sites used in them making of the film. I am afraid I must remain a bit vague about where, when, and by whom this was actually manufactured. I will neither confirm nor deny that I obtained it from the Scottish police after the investigation into Sgt. Howie's mysterious disappearance. But there is NO charred flesh/ash smell such as you often pick up from human sacrifice events. (I hate it when that happens, don't you?) Yellow/gold printing on navy blue. JUST THE THING TO WEAR TO THIS YEAR'S BELTANE FESTIVITIES. WOULDN'T THIS MAKE A LOVELY GIFT? NOTE: SIZE XL also available for $19.99. See my other listing of this shirt. Always willing to combine shipments on multiple wins.
