Fascinating read of a tramping parson with a slightly amusing, ascerbic tongue, inc. a walk to Rome at the end of the C19th, carrying a type of rucksack!!Photo #2 an amusing booksellers' label Sold by an independent and solo ex-bookshop owner, with around 50 years of experience, who takes pride in listing and researching every volume. Someone who does not consider books as mere square objects with printing inside, fixed only on selling in high quantities as quickly as possible, but one who takes deep interest not only in the book itself, but also, where possible, its history. (No "maybes" or "may not contains"!) Also packed well to protect & never naked in a plastic bag suitable only for newspapers.
