Has been stored for years in the original sleeve so if you decide to hang it on the wall it will initially have a little "wavy" appearance when turned to the glare of the light (normal for rolled up posters, especially after 16+ years)... the original plastic sleeve may show some small nicks or tears etc. from having been stored over the years. Poster inside will likely have a few expected minor crease lines but as close to brand new as you can get (still rolled up as it was originally packaged and sold in 2006)...
