No refund for this service once the soldering done, but we are responsible for the quality of soldering.If your device is over 6.0 LB or it can't put in 12*10*4'' box, please let us know to change the shipping fee.Before you ship your device: 1/ Please check your address in eBay first, if you order this service via the incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. 2/ Please pack your device properly, please do not send other parts (controller, joy con, SD card, game card, charger, dock, ect) to us except that we ask you. 3/ Please write a note, including the order number, eBay username, mod/repair history, the brief descriptions of issue, then glue it on device shell, that's important. Otherwise, we can't get know who send it to us. 4/ For your package safe, we recommend you purchase "signature service" for it. Otherwise, it is at your own risk. 5/ Please send the package's photo to us and let us know the tracking number and estimated delivery date. 6/ Please ship your package as soon as possible, please do not over this service "handling time", if you can't ship it to us soon or it can't be delivered on time, please contact us as soon as possible. After you ship your device:7/ Once we get your package, we will send a confirmation message to you as soon as possible. If the tracking information shows "delivered", but you don't receive our confirmation message, please contact us as soon as possible because the information of "package delivered" does not mean that we have actually got it and before we get it, your package is beyond our control, and we are not responsible for it． 8/ Typically, we complete the repair and test your device within 7 business days, then we return your device soon. 9/ If we find it has other issues, we will send the message to you soon, so, please keep touch with us. 10/ For your package safe, we recommend you order "Signature Service" for your return package, payment link is here. Otherwise, it is at your own risk. 11/ After repairing, we will send the soldering / testing photos and the tracking number to you. 12/ If, unfortunately, your package lost or damaged or stolen by others, we are not responsible for it. 13/ If the device cannot be repaired finally, we will return it to you, and you will receive a partial refund after deducting $20 checking fee. 14/ We provide 90 days warranty for this repair, the warranty doesn't cover the shipping fee, any physical or liquid damage will automatically void the warranty.
