Prior to packing and shipping, we:Test and replace bulbs where neededTest all buttons and joysticksCheck and re-seat all board connectorsCheck all game functions and switches Please be aware that some of our games have seen commercial use and as such have markings that come along with that environment. Please review all pictures before purchasing. We request that you ask questions or request additional pictures prior to purchase or bidding to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Note that all games are considered “used” and “AS IS” unless otherwise specified, and that we do not accept returns on our machines. We photograph and video every game working before it leaves our shop as proof they are working 100% PaymentWe accept payment via Paypal, VISA, Discover, Mastercard or in cash upon pickup. You can come to our arcade and pick up your machine if you are the cardholder. In-state sales will be charged 8.25% in Texas sales tax. We also offer financing plans for those that qualify, but this must be agreed to before purchase is completed. Payment must be received within four days from the auction end or the game may be relisted. Purchases paid for by credit card can only be shipped to the billing address for that card. Delivery Options:Please note that it may take 5-14 days to pull your game from our warehouse and prepare it for shipment. Here are your shipping options: Option 1 - Local Pickup: You can pick up your machine at our locations for no charge.Option 2 - Local Delivery: We can deliver and set up your game on a first floor house within the greater Austin area for a fee of $150. Additional charge for a second floor or higher delivery, or deliveries outside the greater Austin area, will incur.Option 3 - National Delivery Arranged by You: You contact the shipping company of your choice and arrange to have the game picked up and dropped off at your location. This usually runs between $350-$450 within the lower 48 states. Option 4 - National Delivery Arranged by Us: We will arrange all of the shipping and include the shipping charges (plus a service fee of $100 in addition to the shipping charge) with the charge for the machine itself.In many instances shipping multiple machines is often very close to the same price of shipping just one machine - contact us if you are interested in arranging a multiple-machine purchase.We can only ship to the address on the transaction detail page for PayPal and the billing address if you are using a credit card.
