Description: An acceptable condition hardcover copy of 'The Roots of Life' by Olgivanna Lloyd Wright. I would consider the book, itself, to be in good condition but the dust jacket is pretty tattered. The dust jacket has scuffs, scratches, and rub wear from storage. There is bump and rub wear along the edges, as well as some chipping and tears. The spine section is sun faded, and there is what appears to be a small piece of red paper stuck to the bottom of the front cover, near the spine. The inside of the dust jacket has some staining and some old scotch tape holding some pieces together. The outside of the book, itself, has some light bump wear to the top and bottom of the spine, as well as a little bump damage to the boards on the lower corners. Inside there is a previous owners name written along the upper edge of the front free endpaper, as well as a stamp to the rear pasted down endpaper. Besides that there is no other writing or markings to any of the pages. A few corner tips have some minor folds from bumping, but no major folds or dog eared corners. The pages have some waviness, likely from drying in the Arizona heat. A copy with wear and tear, but no major wear or damage to the book, itself. Please look at all photos provided for a better idea of the condition. Shipped via USPS Media Mail.
