Description: Offered here is an antique newspaper with strip cartoon character comics, "The Progress Index", September 8, 1928, includes but is not limited to: Polly & Pals, Barney Google & Spark Plug, Toots and Casper, and others - not all are shown. Condition as seen, some separation at folds and tiny ships here and there - not major though. Needs someone who knows what they are doing to conserve these or cut them apart for framing. - else this one is pretty nice. This will be shipped folded as found, well protected between stiff card board and with delivery confirmation.
