This paperback book is in Good condition with a bright (but moderately-worn) cover; a square, tight spine; and (with a few exceptions, noted below) clean, unmarked pages. The book has minor-to-moderate wear at the spine ends and around the edges of the front and rear covers. Notable flaws consist of (1) a two-inch diagonal crease at the bottom right corner of the front cover; (2) faint reading creases to the spine; and (3) significant foxing that affects the edges of the text block, the inside front cover, and the first two pages of the book. ***PLEASE NOTE: There is some intermittent writing in blue or blank ink (consisting mainly of marginal brackets along with a notation or two) in “A Portrait of The Artist.” I believe the writing is confined to pages 311, 313, 316, 317, 318, 372, and 375 (or just seven of the book’s 762 pages). Examples of the writing can be found in the photos. On the bright side, the book has no loose, torn, or missing pages. Please see the photos for additional details and write with any questions.
