The book is for all new associate members upon joining Lambda Chi Alpha. It is meant to help answer some questions about what to expect and what is expected of them. The front and back covers have a bit of scuffing. Top and bottom of the spine are curled a bit. The inside is in beautiful shape. An excellent addition to any Lambda Chi Alpha and fraternity collection. Photos are of the actual itemGrading is by visual inspection only. I never rate anything as mint, that is just the way I look at things as there might be a slight imperfection I cannot see. Near mint is the highest I grade. I do my best to package everything as best I can. Unfortunately small things may happen in shipping like minor bumps to the insert or cracks in the case. That is not covered by any insurance through the shipping company. If on the rare time the item arrives broken, that is covered. Please send pictures if that has happened. Item is located in Canada. Please be aware of your country's import customs fees. Unfortunately, I cannot put down any price on the customs forms except the sold price.
