A TRUE First American Edition/First Printing/First State with ALL First Edition points present! This rare treasure has some very clearly visible wear/age, but is still in Highly Desirable, Highly Collectible condition! The wear, however, should be carefully examined/considered BEFORE buying. The book appears gently read and has no internal writing, no remainder marks, no missing pages and is NOT Ex-Libris or a BCE. The binding is holding firm and tight. All of ther pages are present and attached. Some general/shelf wear along with creases/marks/scuffing/wear to the spine/corners/boards, marks/wear to the edge/fore pages and creases/marks/foxing/wear to the pages, NOT affecting the text! Please note the wear to the spine/corners/boards, particularly noticeable near/along the edges, and the wear that is present on the pages, very noticeable on certain pages! The marks/foxing is extensive and the wear is quite considerable on some of the pages. The marks are quite large and the wear is extensive to both the front and rear boards.
