Description: Listing for one copper flashed, Japanned, steel window sash lock or latch. Patent date May 6, 1902 by the Neher Mfg Co out of Topeka, Kansas. Never heard of them. Never saw a sash lock like this one and don't remember ever seeing one listed. I can't say if it's rare, unique, or just different from the ones I'm most familiar with but I have it if it's the one you need. These are parts out of homes 90+ years old. Please don't expect new.
