Description: The Nation October 8, 2007 Magazine Darwin & His Critics Olbermann Rules (As-Is) Description Up for sale is a newsprint publication of The Nation dated October 8, 2007; Volume 285, Issue Number 10. This magazine was picked up quite a few years ago, and I can't remember how exactly... as the original mail to address sticker located (or was located) on the bottom left of the cover had an address of someone that I don't recognize. I figure I must have either picked it up somewhere along the way. Anyways, as I was taking the product photos of this magazine, I decided to remove that ship to address label and the result was a bit catastrophic as it accidentally tore away some of the newsprint of the cover along with it. In order to remedy this, I placed a label sticker over the affected area and wrapped a piece of tape around either end to act as a faux piece of cover paper, so to speak. Aside from this immediately visible blemish, the magazine also has a few creases here and there along with some minor stains/yellowing on the pages and a very annoying pinhole caused by a hungry termite that burrowed its way from the rear cover (around the top left corner of the rear page) all the way up to page 11 of the publication. The magazine also features a caricature of Keith Olbermann spanking Bill O' Reilly with a ruler signed by P.G. (Don't ask me who that is... since I obviously have no idea). Either way, despite of the cosmetic blemishes on this book that came about from previous use, general age, and/or storage, I'm pretty sure it's still pretty collectible to the right audience (and/or any parties interested for that matter) out there; hence the reason why I'm pricing this item to move, so please be sure to get in on this deal while it still lasts, for my loss is your gain as they say in the trade.
