Hardcover that shows light wear to corners and some cover discoloration as shown in my photos. Internally, the baby's record has been partially completed through age 4. The baby record appears to be for a child born in 1912 and contains many mother's notes concerning the child's growth and development. I will call the book Very Good. Measures 6 3/4 X 8 3/8. I have not been able to locate any other copies of this book in all of my internet searches. I will offer this charming, collectible Baby Book for only $30.00 plus $4.00 S&H in the US.
