There is a tiny light spot on Matt Damon's forehead on the cover (see the scan) a small light coffee stain on the right edge of the 2nd page, and due to a printing flaw, about five pages are printed lighter than the rest of the pages (but still dark enough to read), and, overall, this book is still in very good condition. No collection of science fiction books is complete without this one.
