It was played with. There is a ton of life left to live. Some of the parts of the house can come apart for packing and shipping but it is very easy to put them back together. All furniture (die cast metal) accessories will be included with the house and three dolls. Altogether, it weighs around 10 pounds before being packaged. Please ask questions if you have any but what you see in photos is all included. 2 beds, 2 armoires, 2 cribs, 2 dressers (one with mirror/1 without), 3 littles (2 clothed/1not), picnic table/2 benches, bathtub, toilet, hutch, piano/stool, sofa, armchair, footstool, table, dining table/4 chairs, kitchen sink w/cup, stove w/pot/pitcher plus house. Slight wallpaper water damage maybe not sure but can't see when the furniture is in the house. Super cute. Will pack with care. This is a collector’s item!
