All CDs, DVDs and other media are rated according to eBay standards, but I rate on the conservative side, so they tend to be in better condition than stated. The discs in this set have moderate wear but play perfectly. The case has moderate wear as well, including a cut through the UPC code and broken teeth on the side holding the CD (and because of this, I'll be including a slimline jewel case to protect it).
