Pages are rough-cut and a few were not completely cut (separated from the adjoining page.) Interior pages are good but the outside hardbound cover has come apart. There is a note at the front of the book, stating that the binding design on this volume is an authorized facsimile of the original binding on the official German copy of the Versailles Peace Treaty, which was signed by President Ebert and Premier Bauer and deposited in the Archives of the new German Government. It is ironic that the cover fell apart like the treaty did. 6 1/2 x 9 3/4 inches.
