Mark Waid wraps up his classic Flash Run in issue #129, with Grant Morrison and Mark Millar taking over in issue #130. Storylines such as Presidential Race, Hell to Pay and Emergency Stop are in this run and contain a ton of Flash villains and guests such as Pied Piper, Mr. Frost, Vandal Savage, King Cobra, Argus, the Weather Wizard an amore. Guess appearances by the JLA in issue #127-#130 and of course Impulse makes an appearance. Incidentally I will slowly be listing my entire massive collection of Marvel & DC comics form the 80's and 90's so check back often for new listings.
