The publishers agreed to rewrite the book leaving out any mention of 'the Process'. They also agreed to paste a letter in the remaining unsold copies of the first edition. Very hard to find. Condition: Very Good. The dust jacket is in superb condition- no tears whatsoever. The Rewrite notice is pasted in the front. Both hinges are in excellent shape. There are a couple frayed threads at the top of the binding- see last picture for details. No writing or cornered pages. There is some tanning on the pages, due to it being printed on acid free paper. Otherwise, the book looks like it has been on a shelf and possibly never read. A 01-19
