I am pricing this book based on the fact that it is a 1st Edition & 1st Printing, because it is in great shape overall particularly considering it was released 12 years ago (Published in 2010), because it is a book that is part of a larger saga of books (The Strain Saga by Guillermo Del Toro & Chuck Hogan) making it valuable to collectors of the larger series, It is the basis for an epic TV Show that is well worth the read through before the watch, & lastly because people are hanging onto their early edition/printed books these days, making these early printings all the more challenging to find in any kind of good condition, let alone the condition this one is in. This book would be a really nice piece to have in any 1st edition/printing Horror/Fantasy collection. It would also be a real gem to a Guillermo Del Toro and/or Chuck Hogan collector without this one already in their library. I am decreasing the price slightly, due to the marking from a prior owner, on the title page. I do have other books for sale as well.
