Key issue - Second appearance of the Justice League of America. First appearance of Xotar the Weapons Master. Cover art by Mike Sekowsky, Murphy Anderson, Jack Alder and Ira Scnapp featuring Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Flash, Aquaman and Martian Manhunter. Some grading notes: detached at top staple with centerfold fully attached, just under an 1" total spine split, light edge wear with micro tears on top edge and 1/2" tear middle right edge, moderate handling wear and creasing including 2 1/2" dog ear lower right, slight chipping lower right corner, moderate spine wear with readers crease light roll and moderate staple tears at bottom, several patches of stain more visible from inside cover, back over page has a 2 1/2" tear at bottom; Back - moderate handling wear and creasing including 6" crease right side, moderate wear top and bottom edge with chipping, a few micro tears right edge, stain top edge, off-white pages.
