HERMAN BERNARD KRAMER--the book is a softcover copy. This book is in excellent condition and has a few very light creases on the spine edge, tiny dings on the lower tips of the covers, some erasable, light pencil underlining in the introduction and first two chapters of the books, a slight ding on the lower left edge of the front surface, slight sunning on the upper and lower edges of the back surface, slight dings on the spine tips, a small "Prayer Against Satan and the Rebellious Angels" pamphlet attached to the upper left inner surface of the front surface and just very light shelfwear and very light evidence of gentle browsing but no other significant flaws! The book is titled The Book of Destiny: An Open Statement of the Authentic and Inspired Prophecies of the Old and New Testament and it was written by REV. HERMAN BERENARD F. LEONARD KRAMER; it was published by Tan Books and Publishers, Inc. in 1975.Ven. Anne Catherine Emmerich (d. 1824) prophesied that toward the End of Time there would arise several men who would unlock the mysteries of the Apocalypse. A reading of The Book of Destiny will give a strong indication that Father Kramer is one of those men. Claiming that we, at this point in history, are in the Ninth Chapter of these prophecies, the author establishes a chronological interpretation of St. John's book of Revelations which shows the Apocalypse to be basically a prophetic history of the Catholic Church. With no little erudition and a whole lotta gusto, Father Kramer considers the wise opinions of the Fathers and Doctors of the Church and other learned writers on the subject.A fantastic find, and a beautiful copy of this book!Thanks for looking, and good luck if you're bidding!
