Description: Original Victorian copy of "The 'Bab' Ballads: Much Sound and Little Sense." The book is overall in good condition with some minor signs of wear and age. It is undated, but circa sometime around the late 1800's. The covers have some mild soiling and wear. The binding is good and sound. There is a nice old bookplate adhered to the front pastedown. The interior is lightly toned from age with some occasional light foxing and grubbiness. A couple of the pages have a minor marginal tear. Along with that there may be the occasional page with some kind of other minor imperfection, such as a creased page corner, minor interior crack, other tiny tear or chip, minor stain or marking, etc. Generally though, it's a good copy. The book measures approximately 7 1/4 inches by 5 1/2 inches and is 309 pages long with some small in-text black and white illustrations. Please look at all the photos to further note the condition.
