His ministry journey began in the Siyin Region Baptist Association and within the Zomi Baptist Convention, he played a pivotal role as a resource person in various areas, such as evangelism and missions (Chins for Christ in One Century), youth, and womens conferences. He later pursued further studies, earning a Doctor of Ministry degree from Union Theological Seminary (Philippines), jointly with Myanmar Institute of Theology, in 2007. He served as the senior pastor at Yangon Siyin Baptist Church from 1992 to 2009. He also held the position of principal at All Nations Theological Seminary from 2001 to 2020, contributing to the education and training of future religious leaders. Additionally, he remained active as a resource person in the Evangelism and Mission Department of the Myanmar Baptist Convention from 1992 to 2023.
