Description: Volume I: The binding feels a little strained near the front of this volume and unfortunately there's a one-inch tear at the bottom of the spine (see final picture). Also, there's a previous owner's inscription. There's also some light scuffing where the spine meets the front cover. Otherwise, it's just some light general wear. Volume II: In decent condition overall, though there are some fairly heavy creases near the spine, and it feels like maybe something was pressed on the book for a while, as the pages are kind of...bent? I'm not sure how else to describe that. Still, it's very readable and in good shape overwise. The pages are free of writing except for a former owner's gift inscription.
