Email Address Handling: Due to Tesla’s account management policies, the email address associated with the Tesla account cannot be changed until after vehicle delivery. This means the Tesla account will still have my email address until delivery is completed. To address this, I will set up email forwarding to the buyer’s email address, ensuring that all communications from Tesla (e.g., delivery updates, configuration changes, and payment instructions) are promptly received by the buyer. This will guarantee that the buyer has full visibility into the account activities. Login Credentials: Once all personal information is updated in the Tesla account, I will provide the buyer with the Tesla login credentials (email and password) so that the buyer can access the account directly. Email Change Post-Delivery: After the vehicle has been delivered and ownership has been officially transferred, the buyer will be able to update the email address on the account through Tesla’s customer support to ensure complete ownership of the account.Important Considerations:Non-Transferable Email Policy: Tesla’s policy prohibits changing the email address associated with an active reservation account until the vehicle is delivered.
