The shaft is in fair condition with heavy bag wear in the form of lots of nicks, scuffs, scrapes, scrape marks, and scratches. The grip is a nice, but a little dirty, black/gray/silver Golf Pride Tour Velvet 360 grip. The shaft is just about 43 5/16" inches so it should play just about 44.75" inches with your Callaway driver head or 44" with your Callaway fairway head that takes an OptiFit adapter.
