This Kit Of Brass provides 10 each 1/2" Slotted Head 8/32 Screws which is a common need for Morse Key and Sounder applications so no cutting may be needed using this Kit. A "Trick" when you've cut your screw to length before you back the cut screw all the way out of the cutter screw it in more then part way out back and forth to shape the end of screw cut end so screw will easily go straight into your nut or other threaded hole. Also 2 nuts on and in a vise and trimming screw off with a hacksaw works. Cranking the screw in and out a few times to finish the new end of screw for easier insertion into the nut is best.
